Bacon Wrapped Chicken Livers

You either love liver or hate it. My husband refused to eat these after tasting. He said the liver was bitter. Well it’s possible the one he tasted was bitter. That’s the way chicken livers are. I thought they were delicious and ate my fill. Chicken livers are pure protein and then there is the bacon!

One pound chicken livers.
Cut the livers in half if they are too large
Season with salt and pepper
Wrap each liver in a piece of bacon and place on a parchment lined baking sheet with end of bacon on bottom
Place on middle rack of preheated 375F oven
Bake till bacon is brown about 30 minutes.
