First I’d like to thank all those chickens for their wings. They are an excellent source of animal protein, collagen and fat. I heard that yesterday was national wing day so I was right on in my craving for wings.
These can be made in the oven or on the grill or even an air fryer and perhaps a good toaster oven. But I love grilling.
I seasoned two packs of wings with Tony Chachere’s Cajun seasoning. My everything seasoning. I even put it on my eggs. I sprinkled the wings with some extra garlic powder and squeezed the juice of one lemon over them. As easy as that.
I preheated the gas grill to 350 and arranged the wings on top of grill rack. Close the lid. Set the timer for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes turn the wings to other side. This could be a real pain if cooking 80 wings which I did recently but well worth it. This time I only cooked 20.
Squeeze more lemon juice on top and dive in. Or use your favorite wing sauce without sugar.
